Teachers:
Objectives of the Media Center:
- To provide intellectual and physical access to information.
- To provide a facility that functions as the information center of the school.
- To provide resources and learning activities that represent a diversity of
experiences, opinions, social and cultural perspectives.
- To provide print and non-print information to enhance the curriculum, promote reading for pleasure and to emphasize the significance of utilizing networks and other current technology to search for information.
- To provide an environment which is conducive to learning and reading.
- To provide leadership, instruction and consulting assistance in the use of
instuctional and information technology.
- To provide resources and activities that contribute to lifelong learning.
We are always looking for parents volunteers in the Media Center.
