How to Fill Out AUP/Tech Forms in Power School

In order to use technology during the school day, parents or guardians are required to complete three forms on the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

What are the Forms?

• Responsible Use Agreement Form
  • You allow SPS to gather student information for use on Google & other educational programs; students agree to use appropriate language/behavior when using devices.
• SPS Technology Device Agreement
  • This form allows your student to use a school-issued device.
• Media Consent
  • This form gives SPS permission to post images of your child online or publish in sources like a newspaper..
